PDPA Notice

Personal data protection notice under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

This is a draft for product readiness. Have a qualified lawyer / PDPA advisor review before production use.

1. Legal basis

We process account and usage data as necessary to perform the contract (provide the ERP Engine), comply with law, and with your consent where required (e.g. marketing).

2. Consent at signup

When you register you must accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and consent to processing personal data needed to operate your workspace.

Marketing consent is separate and optional. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting core service access.

3. Your rights

Under PDPA you may request access, copy, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable.

Contact the data protection contact at legal@anuquantum.com. We will respond within a reasonable period required by law.

4. Cross-border transfer

Infrastructure providers may process data outside Thailand. We select providers with appropriate safeguards consistent with our Privacy Policy.
