Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ANU: The Quantum Core operates the platform at anuquantum.com. For Thai PDPA purposes we act as a data controller for account data and as a processor for customer business records stored in tenant workspaces.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, role, company name, preferences.

Technical data: IP address, user agent, session identifiers, audit logs needed for security and billing.

Customer content: production logs, ERP records, and files you enter in the workspace (controlled by your company).

3. Purposes

Provide and secure the service, invite teammates, bill seats (when enabled), send transactional email (verify, invite, reset password), and improve reliability.

Marketing email is optional and only if you opt in separately.

4. Sharing

We use infrastructure sub-processors such as Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments when enabled), and optional observability tools (e.g. Sentry, Logtail).

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention & rights

After subscription end we may retain tenant data for a limited retention window before deletion. Soft-delete applies to users where required.
