Terms of Service

1. Service

ANU provides a no-code / low-code ERP Engine (canvas, runtime, templates, billing seats) hosted as software-as-a-service.

You must create a company workspace and keep account credentials secure. One seat equals one user account with one active session at a time.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your company workspace, including invited users.

You may not misuse the service (abuse, reverse engineering locked accounting logic, illegal content, or attempts to access other tenants' data).

3. Free launch & billing

During free launch, seat limits and payment rules follow the published free-launch policy. When paid billing opens, seat pricing applies as shown in Billing settings.

Marketplace payments may be paused independently of seat billing.

4. Data & availability

We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may occur.

You retain ownership of your business data. We process it to provide the service under our Privacy Policy and PDPA notice.
